| "I
have just finished reading through the contents of your performance
guide and I have to say I am very impressed. There was content
that I was already aware of but it went into great detail which gave
me so many great ideas. I felt myself brainstorming the entire
time I was reading. I believe that I finally have a good recipe
for success with my band. Thank you for enlightening me on the path to
my dream." Sincerely, Scott Baillie

"Hello, I
purchased your guide on making your band successful maybe a few
months ago. We are currently booking shows on our own and with
other bands. We are getting great exposure - internet radio
& magazines, college radio stations, mp3.com, etc... Anyhoo,
I've been using your guide as reference throughout the past few months
and everything is taking shape just the way that's been
described in the guide. I just wanted to write and say that it's
helped me point the band in the right direction and everything's going
according to schedule. Thanks for providing the extra help and
information that most bands don't know or just bother doing."
Sincerely, Scott Baillie

| "I
appreciate you sending me the 2003 version of the Applause Guide to
Music Performance. I must admit, I was pretty skeptical that
your guide wouldn't be of much help to me and my band. But,
since you offer the money back guarantee, I figured it was worth the
trouble. After the first two pages, I was totally hooked.
I stayed up until 5:00am and read the entire guide in one night.
The ideas in it are so smart and fresh. While reading it, I
thought of a ton of ideas that can definitely push my act to the next
level. Please send me the Guide to Music Production
immediately." Kate - Dublin, Ireland |
| "Thanks a lot for
providing me with your information. My band was the definition of dysfunctional. We blamed
it on our management, on our fans, and on the club owners. But when it came down to it, it
was our band's lack of professionalism and vision that caused us trouble. Your guide
pointed that out. We took some time to follow your guide and re-establish ourselves, and
we are better than ever. Even our music sounds better now that we aren't biting each
other's heads off. Thanks again for the secrets to success. We're on the way

| "I've been playing
around in bands since high-school and never gotten anywhere. I thought that only the lucky
ones made it big. I bought your APPLAUSE info guide and and am almost done reading it. I
feel so excited because I think I now know the way to do this band thing RIGHT. Very good
advice you suggest. Can't wait to use it!!" Brian Fisher - Anaheim, CA |
| "Thanks for sending
along your music guides so expeditiously. For someone like me who has been involved
with music for many years but is really still an infant, your music guides provided an
intelligent and extremely helpful framework for approaching the *practical* considerations
of entering the music business." Sincerely, David B. |
| "I've been playing
guitar for 12 years now and definitely have the talent to make it as a solo artist. But
I've always hated the chore of trying to get shows and promote myself without going broke.
I got your Guide to Performance and I feel armed and dangerous! You described a
step-by-step approach to getting the work done right so my music could be heard by more
people. Your tips on getting organized were especially helpful. I've read ALL of the
"how to make it big" music books, but your's is the most comprehensive and
realistic. Thanks." Amy Baron Eliott - Address withheld by request |
| "Your
guide is the Holy Grail of music performance! A real page turner! Thanks for giving my
band an edge over the competition. How can I keep this a secret?" D. Briggs - Durham,

"I'm
18 yrs old, but have known I wanted to sing for years. My biggest
problem, is that I knew I had the talent, but I had absolutely no
experience, and no knowledge of how to get started. My Mom (she's so
cool) saw this site, and got me the Applause music performance book.
It took me a week to read, but after I read it, I knew what steps I
had to take to get it going. To make a long story short, in three
months, I found a band, got some songs together, and have 4 shows
scheduled at a local dance club through the end of the year!! Yay! The
first show is this Saturday, so we are totally nervous. It took a lot
of work to get to this point, but I'm glad I did it. Other wise, I'd
still only be singing in the shower! My Mom used to sing in a band in
the 70s, and still has a few contacts in the music business. Hopefully
she can get in touch with them and get me some exposure. Anyway, I'm
psyched! Thanks, Applause! Your guide is great!" Aimee D. -

"Thanks
to your Production guide, I'm proud to say that I'm FINALLY in the
"biz". Your tips impressed the owners of my town's
best music venue so much, I landed a Soundman's Assistant gig four
days a week, PAID! I'm learning a lot and most importantly,
having a killer time! THanks, Applause!" Aaron Chin,

"Being
both a session musician and a producer for the past 25 years, I bought
your guides expecting a good laugh. I am glad to say, you taught
this old bird a few new tricks! The music business has changed
over the years, and your guides are right there up-to-date and with
the current times. I especially like your Touring Tips for
performing musicians. Priceless stuff! Take care, and
thanks for some good inspiration." David, Los
Angeles, CA
